St. Louis Design and Construction was founded in 1974 as a residential remodeling company. It expanded to commercial projects for large retailers like Sears and May Company and regional retailer, Central Hardware, supplying their customers with home remodeling services.

In the 1980's, the company expanded services further with contracts supporting the United States Postal Service and General Service Administration construction needs in the Midwest Region.

Recently, St. Louis Design and Construction has expanded their territory and services for the General Service Administration in the state of Florida. Our safety record is impeccable with the highest industry safety rating.

We have also received the 2007 LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) award from the Greater Chicagoland General Services Administration.
